Joe Serafin

Joe has been a restaurant operations expert for his entire professional career. After starting in the industry out of college with the Pepsico restaurant family, Joe was an area coach with Pizza Hut during the delivery expansion in the late eighties and early nineties. In 1995 Joe worked on the Noodles & Company brand from its inception. In 1998 he became the COO of Noodles, and guided their operations through the first hundred restaurants as COO, VP of Ops and as a board member.
